Languages - What are the benefits?

I do agree with Patricia Ryan, I think that knowing more then one language is a good thing. It adds more to people and the things that they learn with a new language is a good thing too. I don't necesarily think that it is important to know more then one language but it is deffinately a good thing to do and a great learning experience.
